I am finally published! My new book 'An Unlikely Arrangement' is now out and I am so excited. A dream I've had for along time has finally come true! Before we go further, you can buy my book directly on this site. To continue...I'm married, two grown sons, 15 grandchildren and living a life full of challenges at every turn. But what is life, if not an adventure?

I grew up in Tacoma, Washington, the second of four children. I got lost in the shuffle alot because I was the second girl, and father wanted a boy. He got two boys after me, but I always felt like an extra in my family. So I escaped the lonliness by reading. Books became my friends and companions, and I couldn't wait to lose myself in their worlds. Through many twists and turns, I eventually ended up in North East Texas, and love it. I met my second husband here and feel it was a journey I was meant to take to find my soul mate.

I have recently downsized at work and hope to be fully retired in April 2012. Life is very busy and I'm very protective of my writing time.

I've spent 23 years as Administrative Assistant to a Financial Advisor.
I attended Bartlesville Wesleyan College in Bartlesville, Okla.

My interests are writing, of course, and am an avid reader. I love to bowl, dance, and I adore baseball. I watch every game I can. I also love to garden and find the peaceful time in the soil a great time to let my characters have free rein.

 I hope you will follow my journey and share my joy.
